The Short Version

Referrals Buddy is built on fairness. You share your valid referral codes; we distribute them fairly to shoppers through our queue. Don't upload fake codes, don't try to game the system, and don't share anything you want kept private. Play by the rules, and the platform works for everyone.

1. The Service

Referrals Buddy is a transparent, fair-share referral code directory. Our system is designed to rotate user-submitted codes mechanically and fairly via a transparent queue mechanism.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit codes, or use this service. By using Referrals Buddy, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Your Submissions & Responsibilities

When you submit a code or link, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and distribute it to shoppers on our platform.

  • Validity: You warrant that the codes you submit belong to you and remain valid.
  • Zero Tolerance for Abuse: You must not submit fraudulent codes, utilize bots, or attempt to manipulate the queue algorithm. We monitor system integrity aggressively. Violations will result in immediate code removal and permanent account bans.

3. Public Display

Transparency is core to our directory. Codes you submit will be revealed publicly on merchant brand pages. Do not submit any information to our platform that you wish to remain private.

4. The Golden Link

To sustain the platform, approximately 1 in 10 reveals may serve Referrals Buddy's own platform referral code (the "Golden Link"). This mechanism generates the revenue required to keep the directory operational and fair.

5. Premium Tools & Referrals

We offer premium tools and rewards for members who want to maximize their reach:

  • Member Referral Program: If a new member successfully joins the platform using your personal invite link or code, you will earn 1 Boost Credit. Boost Credits function exactly like Spotlight credits but strictly expire 7 days from the moment they are earned. Any coordinated abuse or self-referrals will result in immediate bans and forfeiture of all credits.
  • Member Plan (£5/month): Grants you 5 active referral link slots in the directory. Additional slots can be purchased for £1/month each.
  • Spotlight Packs (£5 one-time): Provides 5 Spotlight credits. Each credit reserves one accelerated campaign on an individual code, delivering up to 25 priority reveals and up to 25 counted copies or link clicks. A campaign concludes instantly when either limit is reached. Note: We track reveals and clicks, not external merchant signups or sales.

Billing & Refunds: Subscriptions automatically renew and cancel at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

Spotlight credits are refunded automatically if a campaign receives zero reveals within 72 hours, or if you cancel before delivery begins. Contact us within 14 days for refunds on undelivered digital services. Any other unused credits are refunded entirely at our discretion. Earned Boost credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for merchant terms changing, referral codes being invalidated by third parties, or failure to receive rewards from external merchants.

Independent Directory: Referrals Buddy is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the merchants or brands listed on this site. All trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
