Do I need travel insurance to travel with HF Holidays?
Travel insurance is an important part of protecting yourself when booking any holiday. UK residents: We strongly recommend travel insurance for UK holidays, and we require travel insurance for all overseas holidays. Guests residing outside the UK (non-UK citizens): Travel insurance is required for all HF Holidays trips, whether taken in the UK or overseas. Your insurance must include repatriation and cover for all programmed activities during your holiday.
Can I change my booking?
If, after your booking has been confirmed, you wish to transfer to a different holiday or departure date, we will make every effort to satisfy your requirements. Any request to change arrangements must be made in writing by the person who made the booking, or their travel agent, before the final balance payment date. You can amend your booking to the same holiday on a different date, or to a holiday of equivalent value, once. An administration fee of £40 per person per change applies, plus any supplier costs.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations must be made in writing, either by letter or by email to cancellations@hfholidays.co.uk. A cancellation will take effect from the date that written notice is received at our office. Cancellation fees may be applicable.
