What is your deposit and payment policy?
A deposit of at least 15% of the fare (less applicable discounts) is required within 48 hours of booking. Final payment is due 120 days prior to start date. For reservations made within 120 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to cancel@uniworld.com. Cancellation charges per person are: 120+ days (£200), 119-90 days (25% of fare), 89-60 days (50% of fare), 59-30 days (75% of fare), Less than 30 days (100% of fare). Egypt, Peru, India and Vietnam programs have different cancellation terms.
